Canada — maker of the world´s greatest hockey players (Day 511)

I can´t help but send out a big congratulations to the Mens and Womens Canadian Olympic Hockey Teams on their gold medals.  You all make me proud. All the Canadian Olympic athletes do, but it is hockey that is closest to my heart, if you know what I mean.

Luckily, I was able to watch the game in a bar in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  There were many Canadians there.  When Team Canada scored, many fists were pumped in the air and loud cheering was heard.  When we won, the national anthem was sung.  I loved it.  I can only imagine what things were like in Vancouver, and in Canada in general.
I love traveling the world, but, Sunday night, I wish I was in Vancouver :)

That\’s awesome that you got to see the game. I drank enough Canadian beer in Vancouver for you and I combined. Enjoy the rest of your travels…! -Hagyard
